What’s Included

This package includes three essential services – A manuscript critique, copy editing and line editing. With this package, your manuscript will undergo three comprehensive rounds of editing to ensure that every aspect of your book is polished and professional.

The Professional Package includes:

• Feedback Report: Once I’m done editing your book, I’ll send over a one-page summary that zeroes in on the most common writing mistakes I noticed during the editing process. This summary is really helpful because it’s packed with tips and tricks to help you improve your writing skills and avoid those pesky errors in the future. 
• A blurb: The blurb, also known as the “back cover description” is a quick and snappy summary of what your book is all about. A well-written blurb hits that sweet spot of giving just enough information to hook the reader and get them excited about your book. You can use it on the back cover of your book, as an ebook description, or on your website or social media pages to promote your masterpiece.
• E-mail support: I’m always here to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have about your book, the publishing industry, or if you simply want some feedback or advice. Shoot me an email anytime and I’ll get back to you ASAP!
• Phone support: If you prefer phone calls, let’s talk! Send me an email anytime and we will schedule a quick phone call to chat.

Timeframe

The Professional editing package includes three distinct services with three passes over your manuscript to ensure it’s polished and ready for publication. First up, the manuscript critique where I’ll read your work, add in-line comments to point out any problems, and expand on bigger issues in a 10-page report. Next, we’ll schedule some time for you to make those changes – don’t worry, I’ll give you 2-3 weeks for the revision process. Once you’ve completed those revisions, I’ll take the manuscript back and give it TWO final passes – the line edit and then the copy edit. 

Once I’m done editing your manuscript, I’ll send it back to you, completely done and ready for immediate publication. My editing process typically takes 5 to 6 weeks (including time for revisions), depending on the length of your manuscript and my availability. Please e-mail me to check current availability.
